Attorney Died Suddenly

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I was injuried while on a business trip and ended up with RSD. I finally found a doctor that actually knew something about this disease and was getting treatment I needed. Then the insurance company placed a 'special' adjustor to my case. She denied anything new. Then the disease spread to my face and I had all kinds of dental problems. The insurance company sent me to their doctors and they reported that it was 50% disease and 50% the medications. While in court to settle the workers' comp claim their attorney said that they would cover the dental and the rest of my care. I would see no change. Several months later I had to have surgery. My mom traveled with me as I was in no shape to drive there or back after surgery. I was on a ton of pain medications. All the other times that I had surgery the insurance company paid the hotel bills. We never asked for gas or food money. But this time this woman denied the hotel bill because I was in the hospital. She also denied about $1000 of the hospital bill. My attorney wrote a letter to their attorney about both these issues. Soon after that letter I got a letter from this woman stating that they would only pay for one teeth cleaning a year, one flouride treatment a year and one x-ray a year. Then my attorney died suddenly. When I tried to get help from another attorney I was told that my attorney got all the money and not to call back. Right now I need surgery and my mouth is badly infected. I have no teeth left. Most are just broken off. It's been years since I eaten solid foods. Both legs have large open wounds that leak fluid. I've had an MI. My regular health insurance won't cover it because they say it's workers' comp related. They say I had the MI because of the poor condition of my mouth. The only doctor that I have now will do nothing to help me. He doesn't want to get involved in the mess. The doctor in Ohio lost his license to practice medicine. Guess he harmed one too many patients for money. Now I again need surgery. I'm not sure what to do.... Is there a way to get a transcript of the Workers' Comp court appearance? It should be in there that they agreed to cover my medical expenses. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
