My husband was hurt at his place of employment. He was on a 12 foot ladder and fell off on his head and neck.He thinks he may have lost conciousness for a few seconds and wants to know what happened. The place he works at is a Casino and has survelliance cameras everywhere. I am wanting to know if he has the right to look at the tape where he was involved in this incident. He thinks that the ladder may have been bumped by a casino customer but is unsure as he doesn't remember exactly what happened. Can he legally request to view the incident? Can the Casino legally deny him the viewing of the tape? He was sent to the emergency room where they took X-rays and did a drug test.He has not gotten results back for either of those tests as of yet.

What do you expect the results of the drug test to say?

I expect the results to come back clear. My husband does not do drugs but he did have a little to drink after work the night before. Will a slight indication of alcohol in his system be grounds for termination?
