I recently was forced to resign from my job of 9 yrs due to neck/upperback problems. These problems were job related. But my real question is concerning my hearing loss. It was determined by an audiologist as well as an ear, nose, & throat specialist that i have approx. 50% hearing loss in both ears due to my former job. I were hearing aids, and my information is on file with The Office Of Vocational Rehabilitation. My question is, Can i file for comp., or possibly sue the company over it. Any advice would be very helpful. The health problems i stated above are only the tip of the ice burgh when it comes to the company i used to work for. During that 9 yrs i also had to deal with harrasment, and discrimination issues as well. What is the name of your state?
