I have a question concerning release of medical hx.I company asked to have all medical hx signed over. I signed over 2 of the treating physicians pertaining to a certain time period pertaining to the injury I received. Now I forgot I did a treatment with another doctor during that time period. Will I get in trouble for not telling them about the other doctor that treated me? Can they deny me on that basis? I'm currently the only one working at this time in my family, I really need work mans comp since I am unable to do my normal work I'm on sedentary restrictions.
