Missouri: I am scheduled to go to my hearing on my injuries from work next week. I got a rating on my knees but I have no rating on my back because the doctor refused to give me any kind of rating. Can we still settle all my cases out next week without having a rating on my back? They waited until 2 weeks before my hearing to tell me that the WC doctor rated my back as 0%. Not giving my any time to see an IME.
