I got a back injury that disabled me two month before a new contract that reduced the diability benefits. I was on sick leave for two months then the new contract then I was placed on short term and long term disability benefit at the new reduced rate of compensation. Can I legally be covered under the previous contract disablity coverage that was better compensation?
