What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee
Here is my situation. I was a civilian contractor working on a DoS contract in Afghanistan. I worked training afghan police. On June 7, 2010 my camp was attacked and I lost two men, one being a US police officer. I was diagnosed as suffering with PTSD and have been on workers comp since October. Now had I lost an arm or leg, WC can see that in their determination for a settlement. But since PTSD is a hidden issue, how will it be handled as far as a settlement is concerned once I reach MMI. I can't find anything regarding PTSD and how it is handled.
