A family member is suing--an assault and injury--that happened in 2007 outside a property that is covered by insurance. The insurance company has the person's medical info,etc. and a deposition taken recently. Now, the insurance company wants to get the deposition of the family member's mother. She declined to be involved with the case. What are the consequences of a family member refusing have a deposition?
