What is the name of your state?Nevada
I own a home inspection company. We have some employee inspectors and we have some independent contractor inspectors. Are the independent contractor inspectors required to carry workmans comp on themselves and if they don't could I be held liable if they were injured on an inspection that I subcontracted to them?

Thanks for your time.

**A: check with your state. I know that a license/registration is needed to be a home inspector in Nevada. Yes, you could be liable since it is your company that takes the job.
