EddWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California I'm a substitute teacher. I am available for work year-round except when common holidays occur. I wish to go to school to get my full teaching credential in the evenings. I will be available during the day to work if I am called to work, which doesn't happen every day. Because I am available to work but am not called, EDD will pay a portion of my allowance for the days I do not work. Item #5 on the "Continued Claim" questionnaire that comes with each check asks if I began any kind of school. How does checking yes on #5 affect my status? Thanks for a reply. hgoldieWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |
