At any point, have you ever been released by a doctor regarding your worker's comp situation? Have you been taken off restricted duty, given a sign off that you are not an open worker's comp case, or told that you are no longer on worker's comp?


If you file for unemployment insurance now that you are not working (and it really sounds to me as though you resigned, were trying to work out some kind of notice and were told to leave during this period) the first thing they're going to ask about is the status of your worker's comp claim.
