My may be missing some work due to mental health issuses.I know she is eligible for fmla at work.what should she tell human resources if she goes into an inpatient treatment.
She needs to ask HR for the forms to apply for FMLA. Or alternately, she can print them off free from the internet herself. Then she needs to have those forms completed by her doctor, and return them to HR.
