forced back to work

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I was injured at work and had knee surgery 3 months ago and has been resolved. I also have an unresolved issue with my leg. I have requested a 2nd opinion but am being told I have to return to work before that appointment. The problem is swelling of the leg and I stand on a concrete floor and feel it will not help with what ever is wrong as the surgeon has no idea of the cause. Should I find an attorney?

Advice

Of course You should find an attorney he will suggest you better what and how to do?I think you have a serious problem with health and in your work place as well.
