I am in the state of California.
I process professional athlete workers' compensation claims and I need to issued subpoena duces tecums for medical records to witnesses in various states including Florida, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas. Do all these states conform with the Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act? If not, how do I legally obtain these records?
