What is the name of your state? California

If I work overnights for four years. My doctor this told me that I suffering from fatige, depression and sleeping disorders. This is primally cause from working overnights. My question is can I file a worker's compansation for that? After going to my employer and telling them I need to be place on days for medical reasons and was denied. Thanks

You can file a workers comp case over almost anything. However, I will tell you it would be VERY unusual for a case of your type to be successful.... at least wtihout a LOT more proof that the night work was the cause of your 'injuries'.

Simple solution..... change jobs.
