I was hurt on the job in june of 2008. my employer paid my medical bills but now my injury is hurting worse and worse. is it too late to get a settlement?

What does your attorney say? If you are still suffering the effects of an injury over 2 years later, it was probably was serious enough for you to have had an attorney about 2 years ago.
