Just an Opinion

I am not an Attorney, but I used to be a W/C Adjuster. But I have a few questions. First, is that a State or Federal Employer that you're working for? Did you report the injury on time? Did you already see a physician? If you reported the incident as soon as it happened, and they're refusing to file a W/C claim form, I'd call the W/C Division in your Government yellow pages, and file a complaint. You can't be denied W/C without a reason, and the adjuster generally, at least in FL, must Controvert your Claim, meaning refusing to pay it, and tell you why. Good Luck.
