I live in PA.... My HR has contacted 2 of my Dr's in the past.Both times the Dr went with the HR advising them to put me back to work.
I Didn't know my employer was allowed to contact my doctors legaly . Is it Legal? Thank you Frier Tuck

Yes, it's perfectly legal.

When an employee makes a worker's compensation claim, he/she automatically waives all customary medical privacy. Your employer has good reason and every right to contact your doctor(s), obtain an update on your medical status, discuss return to work options, etc.
