Hurting again What is time frame

What is the name of your state? Georgia

If you received treatment last year, and your back is started to hurt once more and gotten worse, can you inform you employer that you need to get check out again? Is there a time limit? The Injury and treatment started in 2003. How long is your timeframe or statue(hope I said correct)

did you settle your case? if you did settle, was it by Stipulations or by Compromise and Release?
if you went back to your former job, tell your employer that you need to be seen by the doctor again because of your injury, better to get a W.C attorney, you'll need it.

You might be entitled to lifetime benefits. If you are you can go see a doctor anytime you want without 1st notifying your employer. You can check on this with the local Worker's Comp Commission. Also look at this site for more info. If you still have the adjusters information you could also ask them if you have lifetime benefits.
