I wasn't hurt. But my property was. NCI work at a Honda dealership in the service department as a Technician. I went into work yesterday on my day off to retrieve some tools that I needed at home only to find my red $12,000 toolbox COVERED in white spots from the (floor) cleaning crew over the weekend. This residue doesn't wipe off. It takes special chemicals and a lot of cleaning. I went straight to my manager and told her. She said "you knew the cleaning crew was coming" Even if I did know it was just told in passing and she definately gave no date. I absolutely had no idea they were using a power washer! I want to know if they are responsible for the cleaning of my toolbox, since they hired the crew and didn't post a notice of them coming. I have pictures on my camera phone but they aren't very good. I'm taking my better ones in today so I can get some good quality pictures for my records. I'm not interested in going to court with this, I want to know who is responsible. |

Are the TOOLS damaged? Was the floor cleaned by employees of YOUR DEALER or AN OUTSIDE COMPANY? Your damages are the cost of time and material to undo you damages.
