My injury date was in 2014. From August of 2014 to March of 2015 I received weekly work comp checks. My case is in its final stages of settlement. During the whole time of receiving the checks my attorney took a fee out of each one and says that on my final check on top of his third he'll take he has to take another fee due to my request from not taking as much on the weekly checks. Does this sound right? I'm in Iowa btw.
