What are the boundaries of the doctor when being sent to a IME? After being placed on workers comp in Pa, it was my understanding that you are required by law to make two visits a year. It was also my understanding that these required visits were to determine whether I had gotten better or worse due to my work related injury. Does this doctor have the right to dig prior into your past to see if he can bounce you off of workers comp?
