Impairment rating

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hi, I reside in the state of Florida. I had subcutaneous transposition surgery of the ulnar nerve at my left elbow. Nerve conduction/emg were indicative of severe ulnar neuropathy above the left elbow. What kind of impairment rating is usually attached with this type of injury in the state of Florida?
