I,m in Indiana ,and had surgery to repair bboth bicep tendons.The right I now have progressing arthritis which now limits my use with a PPI rating of 8%,the left I hve Radial Nerve Palsey with a 5% rating they have offered me LIL les than 15000.I told them That was not what I wanted I want my arms back which isn't going to happen.WC Rep said to give them a number I have no idea what to counter if anything.Anyone have any adviceWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
