What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV
I escorted out an intoxicated guest that got drunk at my place of work, by getting way overserved and attempted to get him into a cab. The guest became upset got into his vehicle and chased me down and hit me, drug me under his vehicle and ran me over and sped away.
Workman's comp is covering most of the medical but now wont approve to pay for surgery that was requested by my doctor.
The drunk driver doesnt have much to sue for and subragation rights makes it so workman's comp takes most the settlement anyhow as well at attorney taking 33.3%. Who do I go after for compensation? Can I go after my work establishment for overserving the person to the point that he blew a .295 1 hour after he left?
