Can an employee sue their employer for being injured? Does workman's comp relieve this for the employer?

In the EXTREMELY large majority of cases, workers compensation is the SOLE remedy for a worker injured on the job. They CANNOT sue their employer.

To determine if you are one of the VERY VERY RARE exceptions, you will have to post some details. It is VERY unlikely.
