i have a current worker's comp claim, but i am still reporting to work and not proforming my regular duties. the Doctor told me that i have Cervical Discopathy which is the c5 c6 c7 vertebre in my neck is pressing against my the nerve and i also have carpul tunnel with possible nerve damage, i will going for a nerve test as soon as the referal is ok'ed. i am wondering if i have a good enough case to file for social security disabilty and worker's comp and how long would worker;s comp pay?
