Late monthly Settlement payments

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nj. Workmans comp lump settlement has been made. Now monthly payments ordered for balance of settlement. Problem is company isn't paying consistently. Last check date is dec 5 still no check as of today for jan. Any suggestions? When we called they say no check to be issued....their insured did not pay them so they cannot pay us. Is there any guideline regarding Monthly payout? ThanksWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

yes, you can file with the DWC for penalties.
you can also request that the monthly payments be commuted to a lump sum.
