Leaky, moldy roof!

We live in Dallas Tx. We're on our second year of a lease in a 3 bedroom home. The house is an older house, so we understand it is not perfect. About four months ago, during a rainstorm, we called the management company to report two water leaks in the ceiling. Within a few days they sent someone by to repair the leaks. About two months ago the leak started again. We called a second time to report the leak. This time the repairman came out and nailed down a big blue tarp on our roof. The tarp is still here to this day. Since the leaks have started we've noticed black mold on the ceilings where the leaks are. We've also noticed that we've suffered from severe allergy problems since living here. Yesterday, we had a severe rainstorm and discovered yet another leak. We have contacted our management company by letter and email to report the issues and let them know of our disappointment. What else can we do? At this point, we want to get out of our lease, get our deposit back and find a more healthy place to live**************.

Dab, you need to post this in Landlord/Tenant Issues. This area of the forum is for work-related injuries.
