What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I am working in San Diego for 10 years. My employer told me that I will have to be relocated in Dallas in 2 months from now or they will do a reduction enforcement (with a severance package). Is it legal to do that to one person ? Nothing has ever been write, everything has been told to me verbally this is why I ask the question.
