What is the name of your state? Utah

In another post here I found this information. The question was on settlement and the answer given went something like this.. "This depends ENTIRELY on the degree of permanent impairment you are left with (if any) and what your State's WC reg's dictate."

My question is where to find the information on what the States WC reg's dictate. Is there a link that can be shared that provides this information?

Thanks

Here's a link: http://www.le.state.ut.us/~code/TITLE34A/htm/34A02040.htm
(In case link doesn't work, this is from the Labor of Commission of Utah's website: http://www.ind-com.state.ut.us/, click on Industrial Accidents, then Utah Workers' Compensation Law ...., click on Title 34, click on Title 34, Chapter 02, scroll down to 34A-2-412)

California permanent disability

Linux4guru, here is a link to California's schedule for rating permanent disabilities: http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/PDR.pdf. This is found on the Division of Workers' Compensation website under Reports, schedules, and publications.

Another excellent forum for California workers' compensation questions is http://www.workcompforums.com/. Post your question(s) in the California injured workers' forum.
