What is the name of your state?ny
i've been on w/c since mid aug. i worked in retail/standing/lifting full-time. i've decided not to go back, as it would continue to aggravate my back problem.can i look for a new (office job) while remaining on workman's comp? my concern is re continuation of medical coverage.

As far as work your doctor has to release you for you to be able to work. They also offer programs that could help you find work or to be able to help you better deal with your injury. I live in Texas and these programs are paid for by the state and at no charge to me.
