What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?alabama.i was injured, on the job, in june. i have been assigned temporary duties and paid at my forty hour wages.while on temporary duty ,i am not allowed any overtime.over the last 2 years i have worked between 8 and 20 hours overtime to help meet my families needs.i have lost approx. 3000.00$ in wages since june. i used my march - may pay stubs and sub. the total from my june thru aug stubs. finally the question . do i have any recourse ? treatment continues and i see no return to full duty anywhere soon.

If you are receiving 40 hours of pay at your pre-injury wage rate, then it is quite likely you need not be compensated for the loss of OT you previously or typically worked before. If you want to know for certain (as I don't believe there are any Alabama WC experts that post here), you may call your State's Worker's Compensation Divison.
