If this is worker's comp, a work related injury or claim of some type, it is to be assumed you saw the company's doctor. And they what? Said you didn't have a real injury? Said you weren't as hurt as you thought you were? More information would be helpful.

Do they not have an alternative doctor you can request to see if the first doctor does not feel that you have the injuries you believe yourself to have? The company's worker's comp provider should have at least two or three doctors they work with. That would be your first step. If more than one doctor says you do not have enough injury to support a worker's comp claim, I wouldn't think you could hire any lawyer in the country that could change that.

Worker's comp is such a "cut and dried" process, with so little possibility of a larger settlement if you go to court, and no possibility of a larger judgment mount other than what is set up in the program that one frequently ends up sharing the standard amount they were going to get anyway with a lawyer if they hire one.
