What is the name of your state? UT

I understand that WC is entitled to your medical records. I also understand that they receive a "summary" following each doctor visit. Does the law allow the patient to also receive all summaries including those from therapists?

If the law does allow for the patient to receive that information, how is it obtained?

you have the absolute right to any and all records pertaining to you all you have to do is ask your doctor [some dr's charge a fee for copies]
