What is the name of your state?California : Does the employer have the right to know if an employee is using marijuana for a condition that it was prescribed for..before hire ? Is this something that should be disclosed to an employer before hire ? What if there is an injury while on the pot ? What happens then ?

You have a right to privacy of medical records.
You have the right to self identify a disability.
The company can and many do random drug testing.
Medical MJ is not like going to the local drug store.
A Rx for MJ is not a free ticket so to speak.
If you were an employer and could hire between equalified employees and one used pot what would you do? What if the had an accident while impaired?
