Hello, I'm at the end of my workers comp case, my msa has been approved but with unacceptable terms from my perspective. As it stands right now I will get a very small % of seed money, then the balance over 31 years! I am 50 how long do these people expect me to live. I told my attorney I was gonna reject that msa and he tried to encourage me to just accept it, that kinda pissed me off. My question is if I do go back for another msa approval can I expect to get the same exact structured payout? Thanks in advance for your time.
