I was injured on the job and had to report a workmans comp claim and was ordered by the dr to not work for a week while I was away from work they hired another worker to perform the same job that I do now that I'm back to working he is being worked while I am told to stay home the company isn't firing me nor laying me off however I have went to my supervisor and voiced to him that I needed to work and was told that work had slowed down is there anything that could be done legally seeing how the new employee was hired while I was out on drs orders and he seems to be getting worked before I am?
