Tennessee Workman's Comp procedure re: no suit
On the day of my hearing last year, regarding my suit against the insurance carrier of my employer at the time of a disabling injury and representing myself pro se, the judge in the matter granted a continuance motion that I had filed. The judge said at that time that he wouldn't grant another continuance in the matter. The reset date is fast approaching and I need more time, do I have to wait until the reset date order to file a 'no suit'? Is it possible to pursue a 'no suit' and withdraw the suit before the reset date?
Thank you for any input that you might have.
