Is this the norm or negligence?

Kansas - Judge ordered my employer responsible for my RSI Cervical Injuries back in April, to date nothing has been done. I've contacted my attorney on numerous occasions and his assistant keeps saying they haven't heard anything back from the doctor on recommended treatment. When I spoke to the Judge Ordered Dr., he stated he wasn't nor would he be Neurosurgeon. I still have no work comp dr. and have had to use the ER and Chiropractor for pain medication and treatments. This as been going on for over a year and has gotten extremely wose. Please advise.
