What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
Is a company required to report all on the job accidents to OSHA. I am talking about accidents like falling off a ladder and breaking a bone, cutting your hand and requiring stitches, or throwing out your back lifting a 75 pound roll of material. I was also wondering if in NJ ladders need a yearly inspection? Where can I look up a company's accident record?
