What is the name of your state? NC
Sorry to post this here, but Im hoping someone may know the answer, since, well I am in the south and NO ONE WORKS AROUND HERE!
Anywho. My wife works for a hospital as a Radiographer (X ray Tech), and she is the one that does most, if not all, of the flouroscopy (sp?) exams. These are constant emission x rays.
The question is, since her boss won't provide her with a proper fitting lead apron (she is wearing one that is either too big or too small depending on availability) is there an OSHA violation here or are hospitals exempt from these sorts of things.
Thanks!
