my fiance was hurt in a delivery truck on her job and is on light duty her immed. supervisor is telling other employees that basicly what the doctor is saying is bull???? is this legal what can i do to stop it

The supervisor is being extremely unprofessional but she has the same right of free speech available to all the rest of us as US citizens. If it is her opinion that the doctor is being untruthful it is her right to say so.

I don't agree with what she is doing but she is not violating any laws.
