Pulled chair out from under me

What is the name of your state?Arizona

Thats Right....co-worker pulled a chair out from under me (says he didn't know I was there.) I caught myself on a desk with my arm...went to the ER....sent home with vicodan & muscle relaxer....followed up with Company WC doctor...he ordered PT & light duty....2 weeks. They put me on the desk...vs. CNA patient care work....after 2 weeks...saw doctor...he told me two more weeks of light duty....continue pt. After one more week of lite duty...my boss tells me I am not qualified for the desk and have to return to my regular job...just be careful**************..I don't think I should. $10.00 bucks an hour is not worth the use of my arm......I work the nite shift and should go in tommorrow nite...but I want to call off**************......what does someone think?
