What is the name of your state? Arizona
I am currently on worker's comp for "failed back surgery syndrome" and have been on it since December 5th 2003. The surgery was actually December 30, 2003. Went back to work. Was eventuallyfired and now on workman's comp as a result of the surgery. Over the last couple of years since the accident I have become broke and need to file for bankruptcy. My question to you is, are creditors allowed to "attach" worker's comp wages. Also, because this will lead to a "Full disability" I have filed for SSDI. Is there, at some point, going to be an award of some level of "Lump Sum" settlement in my case?
