What is the name of your state? Pa
I am a resturant manager and fell off a 8 foot high freezer and fractured a scaphoid bone in my right wrist. I was casted for three weeks and re-xrayed and it is not healing correctly. Will probably have surgery and Dr. said likely hood of artheritis is great. Will I be eligible for any monies for future medical bills for the artheritis and the scar that will be left on my wrist and the site of the bone graft?

Possibly but none of that can or will be determined until you have reached "end of healing" on your wrist and a qualified doctor can determine whether you have any lasting impairment.

Thanks for your advice. I am just so frustrated they ( workers comp) contact won't return calls and my nurse on my case calls me on a biweekly basis. My doctor just laughs and tells me to tell them any questions to contact him that this injury is hard to heal and they will not have me back to work anytime soon. Thanks again.
