I take it this a worker's compensation claim? Since we don't know anything about your injury and medical condition, it's impossible to advise you.

I can tell you that if an individual experiences an occupational injury/illness and is left with some degree of permanent impairment after the individual reaches "end of healing," then it is common for a permanent partial disability settlement to be made at that point in time and the claim to be closed.
