What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pennsylvania
I broke my nose while at work. I was out of work for 10 days and received full pay and all medical bills where paid. My question is am I entitled to some kind of settlement besides pay and medical?

Greg, you are supposed to be made whole. If you were paid your salary, and your medical bills were paid, and your nose is all better then you were made whole. You are not entitled to a "bonus" for your broken nose.
