Hurt my back at work. Over last 3 years have had 2 back surgeries and multiple injections. now wc wants to settle. doctor says i will have to have a spinal fusion in the next couple of years. Should i take the settlement or go for continued care, with no chance of a settlement in the future. And I would have to have the spinal fusion within a year. Would my personal insurance cover the spinal fusion later?
