What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
I am a career paramedic/firefighter. Over one year ago I sustained a back injury resulting in a microdisectomy in my lower back. The FD and WC{Trust}, not insurance, took good care of me. I am going to settle this case within a couple of months. Please advise on whether I am entitlted to a percentage of wages. The partial loss of a pension deposit, and a five percent disability rating. I have the numbers for wages and the loss of pension, I don't understand the disability rating. I am back to work. I did collect WC pay and the FD made up the differnce in pay. All parties are cooperative.
Thanks so much.
